Valid for one year from the date of purchase, subject to availability, which must be confirmed with the hotel.
To redeem your voucher, please call +34 971 640 757 or email reservas@cancanals.es (attaching the voucher) to confirm the date and time of your experience.
If the experience allows you to choose a date on the calendar, your reservation for the selected date will be confirmed upon completion of the purchase.
When purchasing an open-date voucher as a gift or for personal use, this experience is subject to availability, and you will need to contact the hotel to book it for your desired date.
